Students in French classes had fun celebrating Mardi Gras in March. They learned about the history and traditions of Mardi Gras, as well as the various ways it is celebrated in different areas of the French speaking world. Students cooked and sampled foods associated with the holiday and created their own masks. Each class then voted for the most beautiful, most original and best Mardi Gras themed masks.
